How much time does it take to set-up a location?

It takes less than 5 minutes to go live with GoGoGuest. All you need to do is plug in the cloud access point. However, preparation before going live takes 3 days including design asset preparation and delivery of your cloud managed access point.

Is there a discount for multiple locations?

Yes, we offer additional discounted pricing for brands with 5 or more locations.

Can we use a different cloud managed access point?

We recommend using cloud access points, Meraki MR 33, 34 or 42, Unify or Ubiquiti access points or Open Mesh A-42 or A-62 cloud access points.

Can I use the same access point for other hotspot needs?

Yes. GoGoGuest can set-up your employee wifi, manager’s wifi and other hotspot needs for your venue including iPad devices for POS, music streaming or video streaming.

How easy is it to use the GoGoGuest platform?

It is SUPER easy and does not require engineering or IT to be involved.
