Espresso Rosetta is an artisan coffee shop located in downtown Livermore, CA. Owned and operated by Jeremy and Mercina Schneider, who are local Livermore locals. May 15, 2020 marks their 5th year anniversary.
When we met Jeremy and Merci in December 2018 they were looking for a way to better manage and control the guest usable space in their beautiful avant-garde designed coffee shop. The husband and wife team have been working around the classic coffee shop and WiFi struggle for years. Located in a university town did not make it easy.

The challenge. As Espresso Rosetta became a household name to residents in Livermore, CA optimizing the usable guest space became challenging to meet their bottomline. A crowded coffee shop filled with students from the nearby university turns away a lunch crowd and professionals passing through or visiting the area for a business day trip. We helped solve this challenge in 2018 with our Business WiFi Service product.
In late 2019, Mercina wanted to step up their online coffee subscriptions and leverage the growing email list collected from their storefront.

That changed when Jeremy and Mercina decided to implement guest WiFi with a required purchase. As a Square POS seller, Merci and Jeremy were able to use our one-click integration with Square. The couple saw an immediate increase of 40% in revenue.
Leveraging existing customer data to launch a coffee subscription service. After a year of growing their email lists through the guest WiFi captive portal, Espresso Rosetta decided it was time to step up their digital presence and start selling coffee subscriptions online. With over 4,000 active subscribers and growing, it was the perfect time.
Give customers full control of their experience. With a new responsive and fully SEO optimized website, Espresso Rosetta’s efforts in creating audience awareness and converting new customers just got easier. Customers are able to place a take-out order and purchase coffee subscriptions on their own time. It meant that out-of-town visitors can purchase Espresso Rosetta coffee subscriptions from the comfort of their homes. While locals, could order ahead and show up at the store when the order is ready.
