Here's how you can get started with GoGoGuest:

1. Choose a plan

To get started with GoGoGuest, the first step is to choose a plan that fits your needs, then sign-up for an account. For businesses with 25 or more locations, please contact Sales for pricing.

2. Customer success and onboarding

Once you have signed up, our customer success team will reach out with your personalized onboarding plan, which is a list of clear action items that will cover:

  • your brand's graphic design materials (logo, color palette)
  • images / photography from the brand /property we're onboarding
  • authorization for integration with your restaurant systems
  • access point hardware requirements (if you're using our Captive portal technology solution)

3. Implementation timeline

The GoGoGuest team implements and onboards a multi-location brand within 7-10 business days. The onboarding experience is 100% completed virtually and is a self-guided experience with human support, this includes:

  • Merchant approval*
  • Integration authorization with your restaurant systems
  • Submission of your graphic design assets (logo, color palette)
  • Shipping and installation timeline of hardware access points**

*Required for merchant partners using the GoGoGuest Express Commerce solution.

**Hardware access points is not included in any GoGoGuest plans. Merchants would need to purchase and install their network hardware from Cisco-Meraki or Ubiquiti.

4. Virtual training

Our customer success team is available to provide 30-minute virtual training sessions for multi-location businesses and customers who are on our Growth and Enterprise plans.

If you're an independent business in need of a digital marketing expert to help optimize your marketing efforts, please consider our Email Marketing Expert plan or Digital Market Expert plan.

5. A dynamic CRM for all your customer data

Our data management solution and ecosystem of integrations gives your restaurant business access to your latest customer data.

This means, you can grow your restaurant brand's customer lists in one place, similar to a customer relationship (CRM) solution. Each customer profile is updated every 24-hours with new campaign or purchase behavioral data.

Everytime a customer profile meets one of your customer segment rules, that customer profile enters a customer journey s designed to meet their interests.

For independent restaurant businesses, our data management offering is available for Growth and Enterprise plans.
