Common questions about GoGoGuest, business tools for better decisions.
GoGoGuest offers a comprehensive set of data-driven business tools to help you make better decisions that drive revenue and elevate your brand’s customer experience – in your physical store and online.
WiFi Marketing & Analytics
WiFi Marketing is a growth marketing tool for businesses with physical storefronts like coffee shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, breweries, hair salons, spas, retail and pop up shops.
WiFi marketing is about optimizing your Internet to learn more about your audience and customers. It comes with a captive portal that is specific for your brand. The goals is to collect email addresses so you can grow your lists.
A WiFi Marketing subscription with GoGoGuest comes with the following:
- Assistance in finding the right ISP (Internet Service Provider) in your area.
- Assistance in selecting your hardware and equipment from access points to firewalls.
- Setting up your guest and other WiFi hotspot needs that you’ll need for your POS, employee WiFi, music and other live-streaming services.
- Creating your captive portal that is branded for your business. Learn more about captive portals.
- Sending automated and personalized email content
- Campaign and marketing analytics.
With GoGoGuest, you won’t need to hire a technician to monitor and manage your WiFi hotspots. We provide you with the off-site support you need to know what is going on with your WiFi.
If you’re a hospitality, coffee shop or restaurant business concerned with the headaches that come with guest WiFi, we offer a version with unique codes that is generated from your POS. See our list of integrations.
When it comes to wireless cloud access points or enterprise level routers, there are 3 brands we recommend:
- Cisco Meraki, top of the line and pricey yet it comes with perks including an easy RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process for faulty hardware and a lifetime warranty, under Meraki’s Terms and Conditions. The Meraki unit we recommend would depend on the size of your storefront, indoor and outdoor needs and potential interference. In addition to the hardware, business owners will need a Meraki Cloud License.
- Ubiquiti Unifi, is a great option for business owners who are budget conscious yet want a reliable, secure and easy to maintain WiFi network infrastructure. To use GoGoGuest with your Ubiquiti Unifi WiFi network set-up you will need a Unifi Cloud Controller.
- Datto Open Mesh, is a great option similar to Ubiquiti, yet requires a monthly Cloud License similar to Cisco Meraki.
GoGoGuest integrates with WiFi infrastructure hardware brands with Cloud capabilities and a robust API.
GoGoGuest integrates with the following POS solutions:
- Square POS. Don’t have a Square POS account? Get started.
- Toast Lab
- Talech POS
- Revel
- Clover

- Recommend the best hardware infrastructure set-up based on your current requirements and we’ll recommend vendors and marketplaces with the best price.
- GoGoGuest can integrate with your existing hardware infrastructure (Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti or Ditto-Open Mesh) provided that our on-boarding team is given access to your network infrastructure’s admin tools.

For our standard subscriptions, you won’t need a networking technician to start using GoGoGuest. Our solution is as easy as plugging into a power supply and your ISP’s modem or switch. Our customer support team will walk you through the steps during a quick on-boarding call.
The exception: If your business currently relies on a networking technician for your WiFi needs, then GoGoGuest can coordinate the on-boarding process with that technician.
For temporary WiFi service customers, should an agency, brand or business owner requests for an onsite technician, GoGoGuest can provide a resource or work with your appointed onsite Technical Director.
From the time a new customer signs up on one of our standard subscriptions, we are able to fully onboard a store location within 7-10 business days. The number of days can be shortened or lengthened by a few factors:
- The customer has an existing cloud access point or hardware infrastructure that is compatible with GoGoGuest.
- There are no delays in purchasing, shipping and receiving the cloud access point or hardware infrastructure
- If signing up for our Rise Subscription, the number of on-boarding days expand or contract depending on your POS provider. GoGoGuest offers one-click integrations with Square POS and Clover. While Revel and Toast Lab require some coordination with their API teams.
For temporary WiFi service, once a quote is approved and necessary payments are made, GoGoGuest is able to onboard a pop up shop location within 7-14 business days.
For festivals and large scale brand activation events we recommend consulting with GoGoGuest at least 6-4 weeks before the official load-in date.

Talk to an expert.
GoGoGuest Guest Intelligence is our multi-channel marketing analytics platform designed for small and large businesses. Unlike traditional analytics dashboards, you can customize your views based on user level and access. It is designed to empower leaders and employees to make data-driven decisions.
There is a big need for businesses with storefronts and online channels to to pull data together into a single place and understand their customer’s behavior better in a single view.
GoGoGuest Guest Intelligence uses data from different systems you’re already using like POS solutions, eCommerce, payments systems and other data streams available to your organization.
GoGoGuest Guest Intelligence makes it easy and simple to view, access and zoom in on information and insights from products sold by quantity, by revenue, your most loyal customers, customer purchasing from different channels, average purchase value across multiple stores and more! Our powerful artificial intelligence platform analyzes all the data and provides recommendations to help stakeholders make customer-focused driven decisions when it counts most.
Ever wonder why over 50% of your menu items and or product items are not selling? Gain real-time insight on which channels are preferred by your top customers, the average order per visit across channels and more!
Here are a few questions we can help answer with our multi-channel marketing analytics platforms:
- What is the average order per purchase (by week, day, month or year). Data is available for independent and multiple locations
- Who are your top customers and their favorite channels for purchasing (in-store or dine in, to go, delivery or catering)
- What are the top products by time of day
- What are the top products by revenue
- What are the top products by location
The answers to these questions are useful for each person in your organization for different purposes. The beauty of GoGoGuest Guest Intelligence is that we can customize the view for each level of user access.
What it means.
Guest Intelligence offers a variety of user access levels for people on your team to help them make better decisions.
For example, a store manager who is focused on getting more people through the door by up selling products would want to know how many orders are processed by the hour and the average order per ticket.
Mid-day if sales are slow, the store manager can send a quick email campaign with a focus on higher ticket items and an extra reward for those who do make a purchase within a certain time. The store manager is able to act fast and make a decision seeing the sluggish sales for that day.
Meanwhile, the marketing analytics view for a multi-location operator, an online store entrepreneur is very different from what a store manager needs to be effective. Learn more.
How a data-driven business can apply their understanding of their customers to grow.
- Personalization – a customer centric approach to communications give a business the edge to know what and when to send which marketing campaign. Timeliness, accuracy and value of the content to the customer increases the chance of creating an “emotional connection” with the audience and creating a positive engagement.
- Enhance customer experience – post customer visit surveys is a great way of identifying areas of improvement and allows a brand to elevate a customer’s experience from good to great.
- Optimize multiple marketing channels – a data-driven approach allows a business or a brand measure the impact of content by channel and audience segment.
- Increase customer engagement – when a customer consistently engages with your brand, a bond is developed. There is trust and with trust comes positive brand perception that lead to purchases, loyalty and advocacy.
- Improve the quality of your content – data helps a business improve products and processes. It also helps create efficiencies in resources and sourcing. Overall, data can help a business be more responsible and accountable to its ecosystem of customers, employees and vendors.
- Focus on your loyal customers – rewarding your most loyal customers from time to time based on number of visits, purchases made, recommendations given is a great way to deepen a loyal segment’s relationship and how they value your business. Understanding their buying habits and patterns gives a business the edge to identify new and successful strategies.
- Understand the diversity of your customers – understanding that your business serves more than one zip code, city or state is powerful. An easy and simple way to test if audience diversity is a data point you can use to grow your business is by automating your welcome message and offer based on zip code or location. When doing so, it is recommended to have a similar message with small variations that acknowledge the person on the other line.
- Make marketing automation part of your strategy – If you want to get to know your customers and make use of your data, automation is a powerful feature to learn and use. You or your team won’t have the time to go through all that information you’ve acquired effectively and fast enough. So let the power of automation algorithm do the work for you by using the Customer Journey features.
- Test often. With data and insights available from your storefront and digital channels, it is easy to test your marketing communications and offers often. Make A/B testing a part of your team’s workflow before sending campaigns and releasing your most important user flows.
- Optimize pricing, product research and development and your supply chain management. When you have the data, insights and trends easily available across multiple channels it would be easy to implement pricing, R&D and supply chain management strategies that could make a difference to your bottom line. A 1% price increase could mean a 9.75% increase in operating profits and a decrease in production of certain product lines could make room for new and more high-value products.
